Details/Terms
• Priority Darshan Charges: Rs.1100 per person
• Shri Kedarnath Ji Helicopter service operated from Phata helipad on regular basis everyday commencing May until the Kapat of temple are closed in November around Dipawali. Flights are usually not running throughout monsoon season.
• Pilgrims who travel for same day return, you will be given 1hour 30 mins For Darshan of Shri Kedarnath Ji & Special Priority Darshan will be Available at a Charge of Rs.1100/- Per Person. (VIP Darshan not required for night Stay Pilgrims)
• Reporting time is not to be baffled with boarding time; Boarding will take place upto 01 hours after the reporting time.
• Effort will be made to accommodate passenger in their own group but this is not always possible, as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of passenger load or accommodate priority seats.
• The pilgrims who board the helicopter service for Shri Kedarnath Ji from 4.00 PM beyond shall usually return on the next day morning.
• Hand luggage weighing not more than 2 Kg per person only will be permitted.
• Children’s more than 3 years old will be considered as full tickets.
• The advance booking can be made by making full payments of the ticket.
• Passengers Over-weight charges will be imposed beyond 85 Kgs of weight subjected to company not losing a seat in the trip. This will be decided at Phata Office.
• In case the trip cannot be performed on a particular day die to climatic condition or any technical reasons, Company shall accommodate the passengers on the next date of flying.
• Operations subject to Govt of Uttarakhand approval

o Before 72 hours from the journey date : 50% refund
o Less then 48 hours from the journey date : No refund
